This Privacy Policy applies to riskyrickyinsurance.com and to the insurance services of Ricardo De Guezala, a Florida-licensed insurance agent, operating under the brand Risky Ricky Insurance through De Guezala Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"). Information you give us. When you fill out a quote or certificate request form, chat with us, call, text, email or book an appointment, we collect what you provide, such as:

- Business details (business name, type of work, revenue, payroll, employees, contract requirements)
- Vehicle, driver, vessel and property details, including VIN, driver's license and driving history information
- Date of birth, coverage goals, budget, tobacco use and other details carriers require for life, IUL or annuity quotes
- Current insurance carrier, premium, renewal date and policy information
- Certificate holder, additional insured and job-site information for certificates of insurance
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our service providers collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies (including Google Analytics and our website chat and form tools).

- Certificate holders you ask us to send a certificate of insurance to
- Regulators, law enforcement or others when required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Ricardo De Guezala (Risky Ricky Insurance) about your quote request, policy or appointment, and, if you separately opt in, occasional marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.
Calls and recordings
Calls with our office may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training and recordkeeping where permitted by law. If you call after hours, an automated assistant may take your message.
