These Terms of Service govern your use of riskyrickyinsurance.com and the forms, chat and messaging services offered through it by De Guezala Solutions LLC, doing business as Risky Ricky Insurance, for the insurance services of Ricardo De Guezala ("we," "us," "our"). By using the website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Information only, not an offer of coverage
Content on this website is general and educational. Submitting a quote request, certificate request or chat message does not bind, change or cancel coverage. Coverage is not in effect until confirmed in writing by us or the carrier. All coverage is subject to underwriting, eligibility, carrier approval and the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the policy issued. See our Disclosures for licensing details.
Accurate information
You agree to provide information that is true, complete and current, and that you are authorized to provide it, including information about other drivers, employees or household members. Inaccurate or incomplete information can affect quotes, eligibility and claims.
Certificates of insurance
A certificate of insurance is issued as a matter of information only. It confers no rights on the certificate holder and does not amend, extend or alter the coverage provided by the policy. Requested wording, additional insured status or waivers must be supported by the policy; we cannot add coverage the policy does not provide.
Text messaging terms
Program. Ricardo De Guezala (Risky Ricky Insurance) sends text messages about quote requests, policies, certificates and appointments, and, for those who separately opt in, occasional marketing messages such as renewal reminders and coverage tips.
Opt-in. You consent by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to opt in to text messages.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@riskyrickyinsurance.com or 727-748-1701 (Ricky direct · business hours).
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Chat and automated assistants
Our website chat and after-hours phone line may use an automated assistant. Its answers are general information, may be incomplete, and are not a quote, binder or coverage decision. Coverage questions are confirmed by Ricardo De Guezala.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false or someone else's information without permission, attempting to interfere with the site's security or operation, or using automated tools to scrape or flood forms.
Intellectual property
The Risky Ricky name, logo, website design and content belong to De Guezala Solutions LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

The website uses third-party tools for forms, scheduling, chat and analytics, and may link to carrier sites. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.
